Have you found a Grunio item you really need? That's great!
Now select a colour and/or size and click 'Add to cart'. Of course you can continue shopping, you can always return to the shopping basket by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner. NB: if items are in the shopping basket, this does not mean that they are reserved.
Are you shopping out? Then it's time to finalise your order. Click on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right to go to your Grunio items. In the next screen, you can adjust the numbers if needed. Then click on the 'Next' button. Now you land on the checkout page. Here you can easily enter all your details on one page.
NB: After you have completed your order you can no longer change it, because your order will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Grunio takes care of the shipping costs. So you don't pay any shipping costs.
* Shipping costs for returning the item must be paid by yourself.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we send all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, you will receive the link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Sometimes it can take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Grunio strives for fast delivery of its products. When you place an order on business days before 23:00, we aim to process the order the same day. We ship many of our items directly through our suppliers. As a result, the average delivery time is 10 - 15 working days.
In some cases, the delivery time may differ from the above information, which means it may take a little longer.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect delivery address.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCEL
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your Track & Trace indicates that your parcel has been delivered to your address - but you have not received your order - please report this to the courier company that was supposed to deliver your order.
