Returns & Refunds
If you have received the wrong goods or the goods you have received are faulty, please email contact.grunio@gmail.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original and re-saleable condition. Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened or that are not in their original condition.
Requesting a return
If you wish to request a return, send an email to contact.grunio@gmail.com. There you will receive an email with the rest of the necessary information. We do our best to respond to this as quickly as possible.
Return conditions and guidelines:
- All returned items must be unused, unopened and in the original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
- Please ensure that all returned items are securely packaged so that they are not damaged in the post.
- Ensure that all return packages are sent using a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transport.
- Ensure the returns form is approved - without approval, your return may not be processed.
- Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to our warehouse in Asia. Please ensure the product is shipped as a registered item with a tracking code so that we can provide our returns service.
Easy returns in three simple steps:
Step 1: Request a return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order to Send the goods together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you give the parcel a Track and Trace code.
As a broadcaster, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.
Step 3: Receive the purchase price in your bank account. Once we've received your parcel, we'll make sure the purchase price is credited to your bank account as soon as possible.
